1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Thuisaccuprijs.nl: the website and advice service providing price per kWh indications and forwarding advice requests to installers
• User: the visitor using the website or submitting an advice request
• Installation partner: Solarfast B.V. or a certified installer engaged by Solarfast who prepares quotes and performs installations
• Services: providing price indications, processing advice requests and referring to an installation partner

2. Applicability

These terms apply to use of thuisaccuprijs.nl and advice requests via the website. Thuisaccuprijs.nl is an advice and referral service, not a neutral price comparator or webshop. The actual quote, installation and warranty are provided by the installation partner.

3. Price indications

Price ranges and €/kWh indications on the website are based on market data and serve as guidance. We do not guarantee a specific price, payback period or savings. Binding prices follow from a quote by the installation partner after a site survey.

4. Advice requests and referral

When you submit an advice request, you consent to forwarding your details to the installation partner (Solarfast B.V. or its network). The installation partner will contact you for a no-obligation quote. Thuisaccuprijs.nl is not a party to the agreement between you and the installer.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the website, content, calculator and other materials vest in thuisaccuprijs.nl unless stated otherwise. Copying or commercial use of content without written consent is not permitted.

6. Liability

Thuisaccuprijs.nl strives for current and reliable indications but is not liable for differences between indications and actual quotes. Liability for installation, product and aftercare lies with the installation partner.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your data confidentially in accordance with our privacy policy. Data you share for an advice request is used only for the purpose for which you give consent.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
